2. Unboxing Proof Requirement

To process any claim related to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery:

• A clear unboxing video is mandatory.
• The video must show:
• The sealed package before opening
• The product and issue clearly
• Without proper proof, the request may be rejected.

To initiate a return:

Do not return the product without confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

• The amount will be credited via the original payment method.
